1. Who we are

This store is operated by Auremont. Throughout the site the terms we, us and our refer to Auremont. By visiting this site or placing an order you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Using the site

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to use this store. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy or resell any part of it without our written permission.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can. Colours, finishes and grain vary between natural materials and between screens, and stated dimensions may vary within normal manufacturing tolerance. Product images are illustrative. We do not warrant that descriptions, images or other content are entirely error free.

4. Pricing and availability

All prices are in United States Dollars and may change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we will contact you first.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, at which point a contract is formed. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where the goods are unavailable, and we refund any payment taken in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored by us. Further detail is on our Payment Policy page.

7. Shipping, returns and withdrawal

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal. Those pages form part of these terms.

8. Installation and safety

Hardwired lighting must be installed by a qualified electrician in line with local electrical regulations. We are not liable for damage or injury arising from incorrect installation or from use other than as intended.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and page design, belongs to Auremont or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Third party links

Some pages link to third party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Auremont operates.
