Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

Your right to withdraw

You may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you, or a person you nominate, take physical possession of the goods. Where an order arrives in more than one parcel, the period runs from the day the last item is delivered.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw before the 30 days are up. Contact us through the Contact page with your order number, the items concerned and the date you received them. A short message is enough, and we will confirm receipt in writing. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your notice before the period expires.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of returning them unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition that allows resale.

Effects of withdrawal

We reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, and you are not charged a fee for the reimbursement. If you chose a delivery type more expensive than our standard option, we reimburse the standard cost only.

Loss of value

You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to establish their nature and how they work. You are liable for any reduction in value beyond that, for example a hardwired fixture that has been installed and wired in, or an item returned scratched or without its packaging.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, or to gift cards. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty.
