Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with the digital wallets shown at checkout, which may include Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. The full list of available methods is displayed on the checkout page.

Currency

All prices on this store are shown and charged in United States Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee.

When you are charged

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. Your order is an offer to buy, and the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we refund it in full.

Payment security

Checkout is handled by Shopify Payments and the other providers listed at checkout. Card details are entered directly into their encrypted systems. Auremont never sees, handles or stores your full card number.

Declined payments

If a payment is declined, no order is created and no funds leave your account. A pending authorisation may appear briefly on your statement and is released by your bank, usually within a few business days. Try another card or contact your bank if the problem repeats.

Taxes and duties

Any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no import duties on domestic orders.

Pricing errors

We take care with pricing, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the correct price or receiving a full refund.
